Topic 1: My fitness and eating habits

Hello teacher, let me introduce my self. I’m Thanh Trúc, get ready to turn 17 years old after 3 months I live in HCM . Today I’m going to talk about my topic 1 and my topic is my fitness and eating habits.
Firstly, my friend always say I have beautiful body but I think I have a normal body. I often do exercise for 30 minutes after eating breakfast with my mom at my back yard and sometimes I go swimming alone to stay in shape and practice my body. After I do it, I feel tired but it brings me the healthy mental life so I accept that.
Secondly, I sleep about 8 hours a day and I go to sleep at 10:30 PM to have more energy to do work, deadline from my school. Moreover, before going to bed I surf social media and read comics or novel to entertainment and relax.

Thirdly, I eat vegetable, meat, fish and drink more water. Besides I avoid fried food and spicy food. I think we have to say no with fast because it’s make you overweight, not good for your health and it has to much calories which causes high cholesterol and make you hungry faster after.

Last one, I have some problems that I eat too much dessert. Finally, I think to get a beautiful body and healthy mental and physical health are the importance.
To sum up I’m got to try to do exercise more and avoid dessert. Thank you for your listening.
